Brief Introduction of Traditional Tea

Traditional tea is a kind of green tea which is named according to different processing methods as similar as sunning tea, steaming tea, baking tea, traditional tea which also called the stir fixation tea base because of the drying methods of roasting. 

It can be divided into 3 kinds base on the difference of appearance such as long roasted tea, round-shaped roasted tea, and flat roasted tea.

Long roasted tea which also called Mee tea due to they looks like the eyebrow, which strips looks tight and flat, embellish of green color and lustre, lasting fragrance, taste great, brilliant yellow tea soup and leaves.

Round-shaped roasted tea also called gunpower which appear as a tight granule,high fragrance with heavy taste, resistant to brewing.
