How to Brew the Han Zhong Xian Hao Green Tea?

Han Zhong Xian Hao Green Tea choose the fresh tender leaves, which was processing by the advanced equipment with the exquisite craftsmanship. It appears like micro flat bar, as same as orchid, green tipped tea, light green tea soup, lasting fragrance. The tea outstanding by the characteristic of high performance of good smell and mellow taste, resistance to brewing.

The brewing methods as following:

First, choosing the tea ware for making tea.

It will be better to choose the exposure and transparent glass.

Second, controlling the water temperature for making tea. 

The temperature of the water should be controlled within 75℃~80℃, otherwise it will make the tea boiled and losing it original color, armor and taste, so as to break down the nutrient elements in green tea.

Third, making tea skill. 

The tea looks more green if the tender it is, the lower water temperature will be required. In general, the green tea do not need “ clean tea”. The processing from put the water into the tea cup to pour out should be finished within 3 seconds if you insist to clean the tea.

Fourth, controlling the proportion of tea and water. 

The proportion is about 1:50-60. Each cup with 4g dry tea and 200ml water.

Fifth, making tea technical. 

Han Zhong Xian Hao (Wu Zi Xian Hao) should using the drop method. Put the water into cups before add the tea. The greatest taste should be the second and third time brewing. It will start to degrade from the fourth time brewing, which need to brew. During the brewing processing, it required the put the kettle higher than cups to make the water has beautiful curves with the impact of water.

Sixth, tasting tea and appreciate tea.

The people who tasting tea could appreciate the nature charm of the tea from the tea stretch, the change of the tea soup, the dispersion of Cha Yan, and enjoy the tea and tea soup appearance as a beautiful looking. During the tasting tea, generally  first smell fragrance as the guide, then sip tea flavor, and enjoy the real taste of the tea. 

Drink a small mouth tea soup , let it stay in mouth and fully touching with the taste-bud, then swallow it slowly, use the tip of the tongue hold on the root of the teeth to inspirate the air, aftertaste the sweet of the tea.
